JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for teachers for our special education group. Our special education group is a well-established and functioning operation that benefits students' development both academically and socially. In our special education group, teachers and teaching assistants work closely together around the students. Collaboration with the school's EHT team is a given.

As a teacher, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching independently and together with your closest colleagues. You will have regular contact with the students' guardians and participate in meetings with guardians and other professionals. You will belong to the work team for grades 4-6, where you will participate in team meetings and the school's development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching degree with qualifications to teach in grades 3-6 in the subjects of Swedish, mathematics, and English.

You exercise clear leadership and work systematically based on applicable governing documents and maintain a professional approach. You have good knowledge of students with NPF. You have a good ability to see and meet each student based on their unique circumstances and adapt teaching to each individual's needs. You are flexible and can easily adjust to new conditions. You have a good ability to create positive and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You can create a good working climate that leads to safety in the group.

Experience working with students with NPF is considered an asset. Previous experience working with students in a special education group is also an advantage.
